The Agency for Pastoral Education, Care and Counseling Services (APECCS) is the personal and professional website for Dr. Urias H. Beverly (Urias), a mentor of many and advisor of the age.  He is immensely concerned with the care of mind, body, and spirit of individuals, couples, families, and communities.
